Shed Antler Silver Soldered Necklace
Naturally shed white tail deer antlers, collected from the woods, are hand-soldered using silver solder. The solder is manipulated to mimic the texture of the base of the antlers when found. These are fixed to an antiqued beaded chain which gives a subtle nod to the mourning bead and rosary style necklaces.
Related to the mano cornuta, or the horned-hand gesture, antlers worn as talismans have been used for centuries to protect against the evil eye and to ward off bad luck. Deer antler talismans also connect the wearer to the Horned God.
Total chain length is 30 inches. Necklace hangs below breast. Antlers range in size from 4-5 inches in length.
Sustainable and cruelty-free.
